12.8 We organised the Aeropress Finnish Championship competitions in Lahti at our café. We have a small amount of coffee used in competition left. Grab yours and test the winning recipe yourself!
The competition was tight and the winner was Mika Kuusisto 🥇
The winning recipe:
Position: Inverted
Filter: 2x aeropress filter papers (rinsed)
Dose: 18g
Grind: Kinu M47 27 clicks
Water: spring water 80 celsius
1. Place Aeropress to a scale and set 18g of coffee to the aeropress.
2Tare and start timer
3. Pour 100g water and swirl gently
4. After 30s add 100g water to total of 200g
5. Stir gently and place filtercap on top
6. At 1min 30s push excess air out and flip the aeropress on top of the server
7. Wait for coffee to settle down, and at 1min 50s push slowly (around 30sec)
8. Pour your coffee into the cup and enjoy

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product is received for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product is delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to [email protected] within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
