We're excited to offer you this amazing coffee, processed at La Clarita Drying Station in Armenia Quindio under the expertise of "coffee fermentation guru" Jose Giraldo.

This coffee originates from the south of the Huila region, grown at an altitude of 1,750 meters above sea level. As part of the Cafe1959 program, cherries from various farmers are processed with the goal of creating an elegant and fruity coffee that’s still easy to drink. The journey begins with Papayo varietal coffee cherries, carefully collected and placed into Grainpro Bags for a 13-hour trip from Huila to Quindio, where the fermentation and drying facility is located. Transported in a refrigerated truck, precise temperature control is maintained during the initial fermentation stage.

Once the cherries arrive at La Clarita, they undergo a 24-hour fermentation in sealed tanks. Following this meticulous process, the coffee is dried slowly and gradually under shade, typically for 40 days. Finally, it is prepared for milling and hand-sorting before vacuum-packaging, and dispatching.

We are super proud to roast and offer this exceptional coffee to you, delivering the mind blowing flavor notes straight to your cup. And as you might guess, lot is very limited.

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product is received for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product is delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to [email protected] within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
