Flavour profile: dried pineapple, Grape, Cranberry

This super sweet, naturally processed coffee comes from Herly Urquia's Finca Caviflor farm in Montecillos, Honduras. Of the farm's 20 hectares, around 18 are dedicated to coffee cultivation, while the remaining land is used to grow oranges, bananas, and strawberries. Finca Caviflor is renowned in the region for its rich biodiversity, especially its thriving population of wild birds, including an impressive number of hummingbirds.

Herly is deeply passionate about coffee processing. In 2024, he is undertaking the construction of new facilities and fermentation tanks to further his experiments with innovative processing techniques.

We have found that scandinavian light roast profile compliments this coffee super well. We taste the pleasant dried pineapple and the sweetness of grapes and cranberries.

Clothes have a 14-day return period, counting from the time the product is received for collection at the pick-up point, or when the product is delivered to the customer. Returns must be made directly to [email protected] within these 14 days. The customer is responsible for the postage of the product return, including shipping costs.
